Bowen Landry is a 2030 RHP/3B/SS/OF with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Houston, TX. Lean, athletic build with long levers and plenty of physical projection remaining. 6.87 runner in the sixty. Primary right-handed pitcher, operates from a full wind-up delivery with a coiled leg lift up to the belt. Separates into a deeper arm path before accelerating into a 3/4 arm slot. Maintains his direction and drives off the rubber well. Fastball showed some arm-side run and ultimately peaked at 86 mph. Mixed in a sweeping slider with spin up to 2112 rpm. Projects well as an arm. Secondary third baseman, gets a good first step on the baseball and works through it well. Funnels the ball cleanly to his chest and accelerates into a higher arm slot. Showed feel to adjust his glove and arm on the run. Recorded arm strength up to 87 mph on throws across the diamond. Right-handed batter, starts in a wider stance with a high back elbow and high hand set-up. Utilizes a simple trigger for timing before working into an uphill bat path. Created good leverage and carry to the pull-side during batting practice. Has plenty of present bat speed with advanced consistency in the barrel. Power will continue to improve as he adds strength and physically matures. Posted an exit velocity of 85 mph. Selected to play in the 2025 13U PG Select Festival.
